Kindred Spirits

Mary's one length hair was applied with longer layers to add some style and movement overall. Pon Saradeth (of Pon International in Anaheim Hills, California) then heavily texturized all over for a rougher finish. For her color, a richer series of brown was infused with some soft caramel highlights.
This cut can be worn many different ways. For a sleeker finish, Pon International Sealant leave in conditioner is applied all over then Turn it Up spray is layered in. Using a round brush, the hair is blow-dried straight but with some volume on top. Once completely dry, the strands are flat ironed for control then finished with Shynie to add luster.
For a lightly texturized look, small and sporadic sections of hair are wrapped around a one-inch barreled iron for a slight bend. The curls are broken up by hand with a small amount of Frizz Free.
