Shawna Petersen (of Pon International in Anaheim Hills, California) created a mid length style for April (W.), which features longer layers and a side bang. Her highly dynamic color accents her texturized cut. It involves a rich chestnut brown base with triangle sections placed one on either side as well as one in front. Each section has back to back to back foils with blonde, burgundy and brown. |

| To style Pon International Sealant leave in condition is applied on the ends, Elevate is used at the root for lift then Turn it Up is layered in all over for texture and control. The hair is blow-dried for volume on top with a round brush while the ends are dried straight. Scatter FX spray wax and Shynie laminate create the perfect finish. |

| For a fresh take on curl, working spray is applied on larger sections before curling vertically with a large barreled iron. After all sections are done, Shawna went back through by hand to undo the sections and encourage a soft undone wave throughout. |
