Jennifer Stevens-Mell of Pon International in Anaheim Hills, California wanted to brighten Amy's look up a bit. She started with a slight A-line cut with lots of layering and texturizing to update the look. For her color, a medium and light brown hue with some cooper pieces accent the underside while caramel blonde is used on top for the ultimate in dimension.
To style, Pon International Sealant leave in conditioner is worked in all over the towel-dried hair. Elevate is sprayed in at the root to add volume and lift. The hair is then blow-dried straight with a round brush pulling the top upward while drying to add volume and lift at the root. The ends are lightly flat ironed, then Fringe is sprayed on to help work the texture while Pon Du soy paste is used on the ends to piece.
