chain reaction

Jennifer Scott of PON International in Anaheim Hills, California created a highly shattered look for Andrea. Starting on wet hair, the cut is initialized with a razor then is finished once dry by slicing through the length with shears. For the color a dark chestnut blonde is applied around the front hairline and underneath. A medium bleach weave is done through the top and crown, which is then toned to an ultra light honey hue, leaving a soft yet dimensional feel.
On towel dried hair, a generous amount of PON International Elevatë is applied at the root then a few drops of Frizz Free are combed through from the mid shaft to the ends. The length is blow-dried with the head upside-down to create even more volume at the root. Once most of the moisture was eliminated, the shape is worked with a round brush. Now completely dry, the length is flat ironed kicking the ends slightly outward piecing with Shatter FX spray wax. Da Flex finishing spray is used for hold while a small amount of Shynie is applied over the surface for added luster.
