Sweet Sensations

Kayla naturally has a lot of hair, but wanted to play around a bit with adding color. PON International stylist and hair extension specialist, Jaime Queenin added human hair extensions to give her about two inches more length while introducing some new and lighter color into her natural dark brown base. Once the extensions were applied, Jaime blended them in by cutting long choppy layers and then added a "bitten" effect into the bangs.
To style, a quarter-size amount of PON International Sealant leave in conditioner was applied to towel-dried strands before blow-drying 80% of the way with just her fingers. A large round brush was then introduced and Jaime finished drying, rolling sections under and back for soft body all over. Once dry, ENJOY Volumizing Mousse was applied at the crown and sections on top were re-dried while pulling up with a round brush. Thus gave just a pop of lift at the crown without having to backcomb.
