Makover Magic

Samantha had two inches of regrowth with old, faded color. Her cut also needed reshaping.

First Pon took her base color to dark blond then went back through and highlighted and low lighted with other blond shades for a dimensional finish. He moved her length up slightly and cleaned up her cut, giving her a versatile bob with short wispy layers. Long blended bangs now emphasize her eyes and short layers in the crown leave a fun shape.
PON International Sealant leave-in conditioner and Turn it Up styling spray were layered on and then Elevate root boost as added for lift off of the scalp. Pon blew the hair dry using a Denman brush in back and a round brush on top for volume. Once dry, Du da du styling paste was emulsified in his hands and used to polish up the style.
For a fun flair, the ends can be bent outward with a flat iron. Leave the top full and roll the iron as you reach the ends.
For a hint of movement, Jennifer bent sections of hair on the surface with a 1.5-inch iron, which was finger-styled into place to create a soft texture. A dab of Du da du was used to piece the ends out slightly.
