Factor
- This Season's Cool New Coifs |

PON
International in Anaheim Hills, California is proud to release "Chill
Factor" - a cool collection of fresh new looks for hair. For
this season, according to the team, style for hair involves shorter
lengths overall with a chilling re-invention of the geometrics.
The classic bob is updated with subtle details but remains solid
in the perimeter with plentiful roundness. Crowns are elevated slightly
and asymmetry is detected with offset parts and blended, but side-swept
fringe.

| For
those that choose longer lengths, look for elongated layering, face-framing
fringiness and tons of internal movement through either cut or color.
Styles with significant wave and large, undone curls are also very
popular this season for longer tresses. Body and fullness make a strong
comeback and are seen with more refinement than in the past. It's
not big, stiff hair like the 80's, but a current take on softer, more
touchable shapes with most of the movement worn lower on the style. |

| According
to the team at PON international, the real trendsetters these days
are making history on the red carpet. They feel that celebrities and
the music industry will always drive what consumers want, especially
the younger market. What is especially nice about current celebrity
looks is that hair is more dressed and put together than it has been
in the recent past. More of Hollywood's "in crowd" is taking
their length shorter and the finishes are so very well refined. |
