Chill Factor - This Season's Cool New Coifs

PON International in Anaheim Hills, California is proud to release "Chill Factor" - a cool collection of fresh new looks for hair. For this season, according to the team, style for hair involves shorter lengths overall with a chilling re-invention of the geometrics. The classic bob is updated with subtle details but remains solid in the perimeter with plentiful roundness.
