Hair is much more than a fashion accessory…It's a powerful medium that the beauty professionals at PON International in Anaheim Hills, California have crafted into an absolute art form. They are master sculptors, painters and model makers constructing highly detailed looks with hair that set off the style and individuality of each client.

With hair, color plays a large part of the finished look. Delicate shades of light and dark grace the surface of hair, embracing the finish, enhancing the texture and elaborating the cut.

"We use color much like a painter uses paint," states Pon Saradeth, owner and namesake of PON International. "It's just one of many tools in our skill set, but a very important one at that. I feel that great hair color can absolutely make a finished look. It takes a blank canvas from basic to brilliant and unveils one's true beauty potential."

For this collection of hue inspired statements, Pon and his team wanted to display a variety of realistic tonal options. When asked about current trends in color, Pon replied, "For color today, think real and nature inspired. Envision natural tones in the brown range with softer fawnlike hues on the lighter side and deep woodsy browns on the darker end. Blondes are soft and flaxen-laced ranging from high-level platinum to rich shimmering spun gold. Reds are radiant and sun kissed overall with copper ridden warmth or ruby enhanced coolness."
