Hair Architects

Ashley's hair was just past her shoulders in her solid natural dark blonde. She had lots of damage from years of sun and swimming in chlorinated pools.

For her new look, Pon Saradeth, owner of PON International in Anaheim Hills, California cut off all of the damaged hair and created a mid length shag with lots of texture around the bottom and choppy bangs. For her color, a medium brown was applied all over, then Pon highlighted through for a chunky sort of dimension.
For a soft look, he applied PON International Pondation detangler, and Turn it Up spray all over, then Elevate at the base for lift. He blow-dried with a round brush, lifting at the root for volume, then rounded the ends out. A small amount of Pon Du soy paste was used to lightly piece the ends.
For a more texturized look, Pon used a ½ inch iron and rolled sections of hair all back with working spray. When everything was done, he worked back through by hand with a cocktail of Pon Du and Frizz Free.
