Creative director and visionary, Pon Saradeth wanted to create an atmosphere where hair stylists could come to work and learn after completing school. Pon International is a state-of-the-art salon with a positive learning environment. Along with conducting business on a daily basis, Pon also has look-and-learn demonstrations and on-going 10-week courses that he requires his staff to attend. Pon believes that continuing education is key to remain current on the latest trends and techniques.
